RF Monolithics, Inc.（简称RFM）是一家集研发、设计、生产、销售于一体的老牌射频元器件制造商，已有超过30年的行业经验。公司总部曾设在美国德克萨斯州达拉斯市，原为上市公司，于2012年7月1日被日本村田制作所的子公司Murata Electronics North America, Inc.全资收购。核心业务聚焦射频滤波器、谐振器、频率控制器件及低功耗无线模块等产品。1979年通过收购Cirronet公司，进一步完善了无线模块产品线。产品广泛应用于物联网、工业控制、汽车电子和无线通信等领域。RFM致力于驱动下一代无线应用，连接数以亿计的物联网设备。收购后，RFM成为村田集团射频业务的重要组成部分，共享全球制造和技术网络。公司以声表面波（SAW）技术和集成RF模块见长，提供高可靠性的低功耗无线解决方案。凭借深厚的技术积累，RFM在射频元器件市场占有重要地位，至今仍是村田旗下核心射频品牌。
